i have been struggling with eating my whole life.....I ate whatever i wanted as a kid...and was very much overweight til this year....I started over 2 years ago eating better and exercise...and i got to the top of my healthy range....but i totally went way over board and made it my idol..to lose weight...and i realized it about 3 months ago...& i stopped...and now I've gone the complete other way...and i'm going back to eating horrible stuff for my body...and i really need some help...I need to find a way to still eat healthy & exercise and not have it as my idol.
