Ok, so, there is this guy named Corbin... He is probably everything you want in a guy, combined into one. With the Godliness, sweet, charming, caring, calls you beautiful, prays for you, opens the door, has known me since we were 2, doesn't look at any other girl but you, and has liked me for a couple of years... But here's the bad thing. I do not want a relationship, and I don't want to get serious. He said he would wait for me but I have NO idea what to tell him..

HELP ME PLEASE ?? :(

From the way you described him he sounds like an understanding person. He's just going to have to accept that you don't want to get serious with him, and maybe y'all can still be good friends.

Just because he said he'd wait for you doesn't mean that you have to be obliged to go after him at any point in time or bring yourself to come to that point where you can think of him in a romantic sort of way. If it doesn't feel comfortable and you get that feeling in your heart when the Holy Spirit is saying Nuh-uh just let it go for now and try to feel comfortable knowing that God has the right guy for you and that when the time is right for you He will send this guy into your life.
