I recently started a prayer group at my school every friday morning. I was nervous but knew that God had called me to lead it. I, like you, wasn't sure how to start, what to say, or how to prepare. I can tell you now that the biggest, most important preparation is prayer with only you and God!! Pray that God gives you guidance and the words to say. I found a devotional and i read that each time to the other students. It helps to read it before you go and pray over it. I also just ask how there(the students attending the prayer group) day or week has been and truly listen to what they respond. God will give you the words to then say back in response. when you surrender your self to God and allow Him to work through you, miracles can happen and positive change will occur. Don't give up or get discouraged, God is The Almighty, and He will never leave nor forsake you. I pray God blesses your ministry! Have a great day!!

The best thing to do before you start speaking to a group of people at your school is to pray and ask him to lead you
If its not something you started on your own and God gave you the idea then he may speak through you
Take a deep breath and when you are ready read a scripture from the bible to the audience. Okay =)
