My parents say i have to date and marry but for right now i have to date boys that are Christian, and that are the same race as me. The guy I like is Catholic but he's half white and half Asian. Do you think my parents will be ok with that?

So I like this boy but he's catholic and im a christan. I was wondering if there is any differences between the two. If so, would this be a problem? This guy is in 12th grad and im in 11th. I have knowen him for about three years and have liked him for two years. Need help what should I do?
