- I know u already know my name is Desarae but hi . I'm in grade nine and I think school is okay. I wanna be a vet when I graduate. I have one dog. I live with my mom and dad and of course my little brother. Yes some times he is a pain in the but but I love him anyways. I've always been a Christian I guess. My parents are both Christian. But I guess I made my own choice to follow Christ in grade seven when I started attending a youth group called refined. At that time in my life God rushed into my heart and stated a fire that I couldn't control. I wanted to scream from the top of the highest thing I could find. After a while the fire dulled down and I began going through the motions wake up go to school come home. My family and I had just moved to kelowna to start a church for the biker population. I had no friends. Being excepted like I was at the youth group literally changed my life the first night I went they were talking about a camp and I was so included that I wanted to go with complete strangers. The camp was canceled because there wasn't enough people to go. The church we planned on planting has now become a street ministry. I made amazing friends here.probably the first was Emily she was in a connection group with me. Then Abby I met her through youth and volley ball at school. Mariel was next and than last year katana. Of course I have more but those are the main ones. For so long before and after the move I was mad at god for taking me away from my life. I pushed him away. That's why when I started to go to youth God was such a big surprise. I find myself trusting in him more and more each day as he walks through life beside me. I realize now that God does always always have a plan even if your to angry to see it. I have come to see that My relation ship with God is a two way street and he does listen. I am so exited to see what god does next for me as his plan for my life unfolds.

i am thirteen and want to know God better. Bethany hamilton is my biggest role modle, i love horses and dogs and all other animals. i want to be a vet. i have an eight month old boxer puppy named hazard. my family moved two years ago to start a church. we go down town every weds, and give supplies to people on the street. This year after an event called rush with my youth group i started a prayer group at my school right now it's still small. i would love to chat with anyone. i don't know how to work the site very well yet but hope fully i'll catch on. well this is me in a nut shell, yours truely desarae.
