And then enjoy music or read the bible, it helps! Usually when I cry though, I always feel so tired right after so I just fall asleep lol !
But I feel your pain, it's an annoying pain, that will eventually fade! But, yeah, like you asked, im sorry, I talk alot, Im still looking for christian songs, do you know of any? :D
