I work at a stable in exchange for English riding lessons.

Yah. Small stables are usually more laid back and all. The one I ride at is a very small stable and they are very friendly. The one that I volunteered at is one of the biggest horse farms in Ontario. It has over 75 horses. They are also kinda money hungry.:(

Those Paso Finos sound amazing! The really bouncy horse where I take lessons has a very smooth canter too! I used to volunteer at a stable but a I quit 'cause some of the other people there were nasty. I also didn't like the way they treated the horses. In January I will probably start working at another stable where they teach people with disabilities how to ride. I can't wait 'cause they are a lot friendlier. Also, I really miss horses because my instructor is a university student so she does't teach during the school year.
